Who we are

Stoked 3D is a trading name of Office Care Systems (Pty) Ltd, a private company registered in South Africa (registration number 2026/317377/07), based in Sheffield Beach, Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal. You can reach us at contact@stoked3d.co.za or on WhatsApp at +27 67 381 6215.

Prices and quotes

Prices on this site are per piece, in rand, with logo setup included. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged.

Your proof shows the price for your order. That is the price you pay, unless you change the order after approving it.

Your order

An order starts when you approve your proof in writing (email or WhatsApp) and your deposit reaches us. The in-hands date on your proof counts from then.

You confirm that you own the logo or artwork you send, or have permission to use it on these items. We may decline artwork we believe infringes someone else’s rights.

Payment

We send an invoice and you pay by EFT. Branded orders: a 50% deposit once you approve your proof, and the balance before delivery. Sample packs are paid in full before we post them.

Changes and cancellation

You can change or cancel an order for free until you approve its proof. After that, pieces are made to your design, so if you cancel we may keep a reasonable part of the deposit for the materials and work already done, as the Consumer Protection Act allows.

If something is wrong

Our returns and reprints policy and the Stoked Promise say what happens when a piece is faulty or late. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act always apply.
