What we collect
Only what you send us by WhatsApp or email: your name, company, contact details and delivery address, your logo or artwork, and guest lists for personalised pieces.
This website has no forms that send your details anywhere, and no tracking or advertising cookies. Your quote list stays in your own browser until you choose to send it to us.
Why we use it
To answer you, draw your proof, make and invoice your order, and deliver it. We do not sell your details or use them for anything else, and we only send you marketing if you ask us to.
Who else sees it
The courier gets the name, phone number and address needed to deliver. Our email (Google) and WhatsApp (Meta) carry our messages, and the company that hosts this website keeps standard server logs.
How long we keep it
Invoices are kept for five years, as tax law requires. Logos and guest lists are kept only while we need them for your order and reorders, and we delete them when you ask.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it: email contact@stoked3d.co.za. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
