The details
The delivery date is the one on your approved proof. Couriers sometimes slip; if the delay is ours or theirs, the promise still applies.
“As approved” means the colours, size and logo on the proof you signed off. Printed colours vary slightly from screen colours, which is why we post sample chips on request.
These promises are part of our terms of sale, and they add to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act; they never replace them.
