Made to your proof
Every branded or personalised piece is made to the proof you approved, so we cannot take pieces back because you changed your mind. That is why the proof is free, with two rounds of changes, before anything is printed.
Faulty, or not as approved
If a piece is faulty, or does not match the proof you approved, WhatsApp us a photo. We reprint it at our cost, or refund it if you prefer, and you do not have to post anything back unless we ask.
Printed colours vary slightly from colours on a screen; ask for colour chips before you order if a match matters.
Sample packs
A faulty sample pack is replaced free. Order with us afterwards and its price is credited in full.
Your rights
Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, including the six-month warranty on defective goods.
