Stoked 3D is a small 3D printing studio on the KZN North Coast. We make branded gifts and custom pieces for the businesses, venues and surf spots around us, in the numbers they actually need.
It started with a simple problem.
If you run a business in South Africa and want something small with your logo on it, the usual answer is to order hundreds from overseas and wait weeks. That’s fine for a corporation. It’s no use to a salon that wants twenty review stands, a surf shop that wants its own wax combs, or a planner who needs a hundred and twelve names on a hundred and twelve place cards for a wedding next month.
So we set up a workbench on the North Coast with a multi-colour 3D printer and a different idea: print it here, print it to order, and print exactly as many as you need. Ten is a perfectly good number.
Every piece we make is designed with the customer, shown as a free proof first, printed layer by layer, and checked by hand before it’s packed. Nothing sits in a warehouse, because nothing is made until someone wants it.

Both meanings fit. Every print starts with heat at the nozzle, and every order ends, we hope, with someone opening a box and feeling exactly that.
Our logo prints itself: the line under the name climbs into the nozzle that drew it, and the O is the view from inside a wave.
